Everyday after waking up, I drink two (250ml) glasses of water -if not more- then wait for an hour and sometimes more before having breakfast.

so I thought I would make a baked sweet potato in the oven since it takes about an hour. (sweet potatoes are absolutely delicious and very healthy!)

Along with the sweet potato, I made the omelette with olives again (I just love eggs!) and a side salad with lemon-olive oil-sumac dressing (leftover from yesterday’s lunch but I added pieces of a chopped avocado to it)

and here it is 



The best part is the sweet potato!
