Being thankful does make a difference. When you focus on the good, you give yourself a rest from thinking of the difficulties you’re facing.
A thought to consider: Embrace your blessings, be thankful.
One more thing to share… I wrote this on my hand before today’s test at the university. I didn’t study well for it yet thankfully I did well! and then I decided to write anything that would not allow stress to block my brain before any test =)
