If you like “Ricotta cheese” and you haven’t tried it with melted chocolate yet, then you MUST try that!
I really love filling my crêpes or topping my French toast with ricotta cheese and melted dark chocolate.
But you know when a very simple idea of putting things together comes to your mind, and once you put that into practice and you taste the result you go like.. “Oh my God, where have you been all my life?!”
This is what happened when I thought of toasting my bread and had it with ricotta cheese and melted dark chocolate.
The crustiness creates a totally different experience!
All I did was toasting a slice of corn bread for about 10 minutes in the oven. While still in the oven, I put two squares of dark chocolate and leave it to melt for about 3 minutes.
I spread the chocolate..
spread the ricotta cheese and voilà!
Simple and perfect for breakfast!
